The inception date of the service plan will be the same as the vehicle’s warranty inception date (if applicable). The same will apply to all demonstration or pre-owned vehicles sold by an authorised Toyota dealership.
All manufacturer specified services (normal schedule). Dependent on the terms listed on the inside front cover.
Oils, oil filters, sump plug gaskets
Air filters
Fuel filters
Spark plugs (where applicable)
Brake fluid
Engine coolant
Remote control batteries
Consumables or sundry charges
Labour charges for services as specified by Toyota South Africa Motors
Obtaining of fuel
Engine top up oil and other lubricants and service products required between routine servicing of the vehicle
Maintenance repairs or wearing items (e.g., brakes, clutches, exhausts, batteries, etc.)
Tyres, wheel alignment and wheel balancing
Additives (e.g., window washer fluid, injector cleaner, etc.)
Reconditioning and adjustments are not covered by the Toyota Service Plan.
Items requiring replacement as a result of severe operating conditions will be for the customer’s account. The severe operating schedule is not covered in the Service Plan.
The Toyota Service Plan forms part of the vehicle and Toyota needs to be advised
in the event of a change of ownership. Change of ownership details must be forwarded to Toyota via methods provided in this booklet. Once the change of ownership details is received, the remaining portion of the service plan will then be transferred to the new owner.
The Toyota Service Plan is valid in the Republic of South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini and Botswana. All payments under the plan will be paid in South African currency (Rand).
